Annexe Installation in Gosport

This project was delivered as a fully habitable annexe, including a living area, kitchenette, shower room, and open-plan bedroom space. To reduce foundation costs given the size of the building, we used a ground screw base. The structure was built using 120mm thick SIP panels to meet building regulation requirements.

As the building is an annexe, internal soundboard was installed to reduce noise transfer. The client was left with a fully self-contained living space that can be rented out to maximise return on investment. It is now suitable for Airbnb use or longer-term monthly rentals, particularly for nearby hospital staff, and benefits from its own private garden area.
