Garden Office Installation in Portchester

Located at a new-build property, this project had restrictions in place that prevented the use of ground screws. As a result, a 150mm thick concrete base was installed, and the garden room shell was constructed directly from the slab using a SIP panel floor zone.

The client was handed over a fully functional garden office from day one, complete with data points and additional lighting, as well as a secondary games room area.
