Garden Room Installation in Portsmouth

This project was designed to meet the client’s budget while maximising functionality. As the client already had a suitable concrete base in place, we constructed a timber frame base to keep costs down. We also used shed-grade tongue and groove cladding rather than our standard thermowood specification, sourcing alternative materials specifically to suit the budget.

The finished space provides a dedicated storage area for bikes and equipment, alongside a fully insulated guest bedroom with built-in storage and a TV. The room is primarily used by the client’s teenage daughter when she visits.
