Like every Luxora garden room, it’s built with high-performance SIP panels for year-round comfort and Radix ground screw foundations. Installation typically takes around 10 working days, with a manufacturing lead time of around 4 weeks, and every Winchester garden room comes with our Lifetime Structural Guarantee and a 30-year roof membrane warranty.
